These Purchase Terms apply to orders placed through Olyserra.

Olyserra is owned and operated by Peixian Xingzhiyao Network Technology Co., Ltd.

By completing a purchase, you agree to these Purchase Terms together with the applicable Privacy Policy, Shipping & Delivery Policy, Return & Refund Policy, and Terms of Service.

2. Order Information

When placing an order, customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate information, including their name, contact information, shipping address, billing details, and selected products.

An electronic order confirmation may be sent after an order is submitted.

3. Order Review and Acceptance

Orders may be reviewed for payment authorization, inventory availability, shipping availability, and transaction security.

Where legally permitted, an order may be declined or cancelled due to circumstances including:

• Payment authorization failure

• Suspected fraudulent activity

• Obvious pricing or listing errors

• Inability to deliver to the supplied address

If an order is cancelled after payment has been collected, the applicable amount will be refunded.

The applicable purchase price and any applicable shipping charges will be presented before checkout is completed.

5. Payment Authorization

6. Shipping Terms

We currently provide shipping to the United States.

Free standard shipping applies to orders of $39.00 or more.

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.

After dispatch, the current estimated delivery timeframe for the U.S. shipping option is:

10–15 business days after dispatch.

7. Tracking and Delivery Issues

Tracking information will be provided when available.

If tracking has not updated for an extended period, or if you believe your shipment is delayed or missing, contact service@olyserra.com with your order number.

8. Returns

Eligible items may be returned within 90 calendar days after delivery, subject to our Return & Refund Policy.

Please contact customer support before returning an item. Approved returns will receive appropriate return instructions and a return destination.

9. Refunds

Approved refunds are generally issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after an approved returned product has been received and inspected.

Additional processing time may be required by your financial institution or payment provider.

10. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products

If a product arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially different from its description, contact:

Please include your order number and relevant photos or videos where appropriate.

After reviewing the issue, we will provide an appropriate replacement, return, or refund solution without additional cost to the customer where applicable.

11. Changes and Cancellations

If you need to request an order change or cancellation, contact service@olyserra.com as soon as possible.

We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate requests before fulfillment begins. However, changes or cancellations cannot be guaranteed once an order has entered fulfillment or has been shipped.

If an order has already shipped, the applicable Return & Refund Policy will govern any return request.

Customers are responsible for reviewing product information and providing accurate billing, contact, and delivery information.

Nothing in these Purchase Terms limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be restricted under applicable consumer protection laws.
